Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days):Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $[X] within the contiguous US.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Large & Oversized Items Some items, such as kayaks, paddle boards, and large fishing gear, may require freight shipping. Freight orders will be contacted separately with delivery details and estimated arrival windows.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dsuter001@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
